Ingredients:

1 large jar of applesauce
cinnamon (optional)
canned peaches, crushed (optional)
strawberries, crushed (optional)

How to prepare:
At home:

1 pkg cajun sesame sticks
1 pkg dried dates
1 pkg pumpkin seeds
1 pkg pine nuts
